Role Description The Warranty Clerk is a full-time, in office role based at Larry Renaud Ford & RV Sales in Harrow, ON. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include verifying repair orders, checking required documentation, tracking claim status, and following up on approvals or rejections.

The Warranty

Clerk collaborates closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to gather information, clarify repair details, and resolve discrepancies. The role also involves maintaining warranty records,



updating internal systems, and communicating with customers and team members to support efficient service operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills to work with customers, technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
- Knowledge of Warranty processes, policies, and documentation, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Computer Literacy, including ability to work with dealership management systems, spreadsheets, and online manufacturer portals.
- Organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
- Experience in automotive service or dealership operations is an asset, particularly in warranty or administrative roles.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Harrow, ON and collaborate in a team-oriented, family-run environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive administration or office management is beneficial.
