Blue Origin is seeking a Responsible Engineer to play a crucial role within the Lunar Permanence business unit. In this position, you will lead the development of solar panels from initial concepts to finalized flight hardware. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate these systems effectively into space vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:



- Deliver space-qualified solar panel flight hardware - Lead cross-discipline engineering coordination efforts - Drive recent product development lifecycle from concept to production - Conduct internal design and supplier reviews for quality - Analyze and report on performance metrics against vehicle requirements
Requirements: - B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering - 5+ years in solar panel development, 3+ years in space - Proficiency in photovoltaic design and testing methods - Strong communication and leadership skills - U.S. citizenship or equivalent residency required
