- Ensure compliance with established electrical safety standards - Own and manage the Electrical Engineering Control Plan - Collaborate with Glencore on strategic electrical initiatives - Conduct compliance audits and assessments - Promote continuous improvement of electrical safety measures
Requirements: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience - 12+ years in the mining or resource sector - Eligible for Professional Engineer registration in BC - Robust leadership in cross-functional compliance environments - Familiarity with electrical codes and BC mining regulations
