- Provide leadership for productive daily facility operations - Conduct Critical Spares Analyses and Root Cause Analyses - Promote safe work environments for all personnel - Champion asset standardization and compliance with regulations - Develop KPIs to monitor maintenance performance metrics
Requirements: - Five years of Maintenance Management experience required - Engineering Degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma essential - Professional certifications considered an asset - Working knowledge of ammonia plant operations - Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
