- Ensure alignment with HSE regulatory requirements and project objectives - Drive contractor prequalification and mobilization readiness - Lead failure investigations and corrective action programs - Mentor HSE personnel to strengthen project capabilities - Communicate HSE performance and emerging risks effectively
Requirements: - Relevant degree in Health & Safety or Engineering - Recognized international HSE certification - experience in large-scale mining or EPCM environments - Leadership experience in contractor management - Knowledge of high-risk work planning and assessments
