As Senior Director of L&D; at MNP, you will champion strategic leadership for the firm’s learning initiatives while managing the L&D; budget and governance framework. This role involves fostering an engaging environment and partnering with leaders to align educational objectives with business priorities. You'll also oversee AI learning innovations and represent L&D; at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:



- Provide strategic oversight for L&D; functions and budget - Implement governance for effective decision-making - Manage learning vendor partnerships and contracts - Measure learning effectiveness and report on business value - Drive continuous process improvements in L&D; operations
Requirements: - 10+ years in L&D; leadership roles - Experience with enterprise-wide initiatives in service lines - Proven expertise in budget management and team leadership - Excellent communication and industry networking skills - Bachelor's in Education or related field;
