Join Hawk’s Agro as an Experienced Financial Controller and lead critical financial operations. This role focuses on enhancing financial processes, reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic initiatives in agriculture.
You will play an integral role in fostering financial integrity across Hawk’s Agro and its AgAlliance partners. Collaborating closely with the Chief Accounting Officer, your insights will inform key decision-making. Oversee month-end close processes and maintain strong inventory and cash flow management while driving improvements across financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:



- Coordinate month-end and year-end financial close - Ensure accurate financial records and ledger integrity - Manage cash flow and working capital forecasting - Monitor accounts receivable and payable processes - Improve financial controls and automation solutions
Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field - At least five years of relevant accounting experience - Previous Controller experience highly valued - Proven skills in financial reporting and inventory management - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
