Key Responsibilities: - Lead month-end close and compliance across regions - Create scalable accounting systems and procedures - Coach junior team members for skilled growth - Build financial systems supporting marketing expenses - Partner on accounting strategies with CFO and CEO
Requirements: - Must hold a CPA designation - 7–10 years in senior accounting and finance - Experience with cross-border (Canada/US) accounting - Multi-entity management experience required - Proven ability to develop and implement processes
