JobSummary
Under the direction of theMaintenance Manager, the Electrician will be responsiblefor installing, maintaining, and upgrading electricalcomponents to minimize downtime and improveefficiency.

Responsibilities

- Theinstallation, assembly, connecting, testing, repairing,troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading of electricalfixtures, components, apparatus and control equipmentto
minimize downtime and maintain or improveefficiency.
- Troubleshooting and systematicallydiagnosing and correcting faults in electrical or electronicsystems and equipment by repairing, and/or replacing electrical orelectronic
components asrequired.




- Complete electrical log and modifyplant electrical blueprints.
- Follow plantlockout procedures and all pertinent company health and safetyprocedures.
- Ensure all guards including paneldoors are inplace.

Qualificationsand EducationExperience

- ValidIndustrial Electrician License
- IndustrialElectrician experience considered anasset
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practicesand HACCP considered an asset
- Ability tofunction effectively autonomously and in a teamenvironment
