We're looking for a sales associate to help customers find the right tires and grow our counter/wholesale business. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess tire needs (vehicle type, budget, season, driving conditions) Recommend tire options and upsell related products (rims, alignment, warranties) Process sales transactions, quotes,



and invoices Answer phone/online inquiries and follow up on leads Maintain product knowledge across brands and sizes in stock Coordinate with shop techs on scheduling installs Support wholesale account outreach and repeat business Keep showroom/inventory display organized Requirements 1+ years of retail or automotive sales experience (tire industry a plus) Solid communication and customer service skills Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer use Able to work Saturdays / peak season hours (spring/fall changeover) Valid driver's license Nice to Have Knowledge of tire sizing, load ratings, and seasonal tire differences Bilingual (English + [Punjabi/Urdu/Mandarin depending on customer base]) Existing book of trade/wholesale contacts Compensation Base + commission Work Location: In person
