Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Saint John, NB

Shifts/Hours: 7am - 5:30pm Mon-Thu and 3pm - 11pm Mon-Fri

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/Hour

Job Information:

As a cleaner you will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments across offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your main duties include routine cleaning tasks that support health, safety, and overall workplace appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning office areas, lobby's, hallways, washrooms, locker rooms, etc.
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces like tables, counters, desks, window ledges, and more.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and carpets.
- Cleaning window blinds and wiping down chairs in various rooms.
- Disinfecting door handles, light switches, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Spot cleaning walls, cabinets, desks, and doors.
- Emptying trash and replacing bags in all areas.

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 35 pounds (e.g., vacuum cleaner or mop bucket).
- Reliable and maintains a skilled demeanor and appearance.
- Team-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
