Key Responsibilities:

- Engage clients through life skills development
- Support psychosocial rehabilitation in the community
- Teach self-care and independence strategies
- Observe and report on clients’ health and progress
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals

Requirements:

- Diploma in Community Social Service or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, and Food Secure certifications
- Criminal Record, TB, and Immunization clearances
- Knowledge of housing and community resources
