Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve meals attractive and nutritious
- Review and adhere to menu requirements
- Conduct daily temperature audits for food safety
- Create menu substitutions as necessary
- Assist in organizing special meal occasions

Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certificate essential
- Red Seal Certificate preferred
- Experience in healthcare food preparation
- Knowledge of provincial food regulations
- Must be able to perform physical tasks safely
