Part-Time Nanny Needed in Centretown — Starting September 2026

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and engaging part-time nanny to care for our young child for three hours per day, from September to end of December.

We hope to find someone wonderful with whom we can build a long-term relationship. My partner and I both work primarily from home, although we occasionally have meetings outside the house. We are looking for someone who is comfortable caring for a child while a parent may sometimes be working nearby.

Responsibilities would include:

- Providing attentive, screen-free childcare
- Engaging in age-appropriate play, reading, walks, and activities
- Preparing or serving simple snacks and meals as needed
- Helping with light, child-related tidying

The ideal person is warm, dependable, punctual, and experienced with infants or toddlers. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping young children learn, explore, and grow.

We are located in Centretown, close to Lyon Station, so please confirm that travelling to this area would be convenient for you.





The schedule will be 3 hours per day in the morning (9:30 to 12:30 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).

Selected candidates will be invited to complete one or more paid trial shifts so that we can make sure the arrangement is a positive fit for everyone. The successful candidate will be engaged under a written contract, and payroll will be set up for the position.
