Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in ON, CA is looking to hire a Salesforce Lead f for a Long Term Contract chance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

3+ years on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - deep knowledge of the data model (Accounts, Relationships, Financial Accounts, Policies) sharing and visibility

Insurance domain experience — policy lifecycle, claims, producer management, or similar

Hands-on CI/CD: SFDX, Git, and at least one of Flosum / Copado / Gearset

Proven integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, idempotency, retry patterns, event streams

Experience leading technical delivery - setting standards, owning quality, mentoring developers

Strong unit testing discipline (meaningful assertions, not just coverage %)
