Key Responsibilities:
- Champion safety cultures and compliance practices
- Perform installation and repair of rotating equipment
- Carry out facility maintenance and turnarounds
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams
- Mentor junior team members in technical tasks
Requirements:
- Must have Journeyman Millwright certification
- Ten-plus years’ experience in mechanical maintenance
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and SAP
- Solid organizational and leadership capabilities
- Availability for on-call and weekend shifts
