The Building Operator is essential for maintaining the infrastructure at Woodbine Entertainment. Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure, this position requires a 4th class stationary engineer certificate or a Refrigeration B operator certificate. You will engage with systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarms, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Respond to on-demand service requests promptly • Perform preventative maintenance via CMMS tools • Analyze breakdowns and coordinate necessary repairs • Conduct daily inspections of mechanical/electrical systems • Maintain inventories of spare parts and compliance documents

Requirements: • Experience in building operations and maintenance • 4th class stationary engineer or Refrigeration B certificate • Knowledge in building systems and safety regulations • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to current challenges
