Key Responsibilities:



• Implement and evaluate patient care plans rigorously • Prioritize psychological and social needs of each patient • Coordinate discharge planning with patients and families • Minimize infection risks using best practices • Assist in staff education and training

Requirements: • Valid Ontario Nursing Competency Certificate required • At least 1 year experience in the Emergency Department • Heart & Stroke BLS certification necessary at start • Completed Practical Nursing Diploma • Experience with IV administration and ECGs preferred
