As a Curatorial Assistant supported by Young Canada Works, this temporary position focuses on assisting with a significant exhibition about LAND. Interns will foster community connections and help track projects, ensuring critical milestones are met. Your contributions will also include maintaining exhibitions and participating in large events hosted at the Museum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in documenting exhibition planning and design
• Manage project budgets and team schedules
• Draft vendor lists and facilitate bidding processes
• Maintain records of copyright and loan agreements
• Engage in outreach and research efforts
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Museum Studies or relevant field
• Genuine interest in museum career paths
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and databases
• Willingness to work outdoors and handle exhibits
