As a Health Care Aide, you'll work under a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver exceptional care to residents. This role emphasizes bathing, assisting with transfers, and providing routine treatments tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities: • Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene tasks • Facilitate safe transfers using mechanical aids • Support residents during meals and snack times • Provide routine skin and care treatment as directed • Accompany residents to social and recreational activities

Requirements: • One year of relevant care experience preferred • Completion of a recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate • Active registration with CLHA • Fluent in English, both orally and written • Post-secondary education is an asset
