You will be responsible of set up, operate, and adjust a wide range of computer-numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools—including lathes, grinders, milling machines, EDM machines, and laser cutting machines to machine new parts and repair worn parts.To do this, you will:Prepare and interpret conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for machines and components, power transmission systems, process piping, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systemsSet-up, program, operate, and maintain CNC Milling equipment.Perform Manual Lathe and Milling Operations.Use specialized equipment, related software and systems such as, but not limited to, robotics, machine logic, tooling, Human - Machine Interface (HMI), and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) milling, part marking and ATTI.Conduct tests and analyses of machines, components and materials to determine their performance, strength, response to stress and other characteristicsFacilitate continuous improvement by using tools such as Kaizen events and CORE Operating System.Design moulds, tools, jigs and fixtures for use in manufacturing processesBe actively involved in maintaining training documentation (OJT’s,
