SE Health is seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support Total Rewards modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation) during a 9-12 month contract. This role focuses on E2E HR transformation with emphasis on user adoption, training, and change management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday configuration experience, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical Workday solutions while supporting go-live and stabilization
