CPA designation University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial roles at the intermediate to senior level At least three (3)
years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or agri-food environment Strong expertise in cost accounting and inventory management Proficiency with the FileMaker platform Familiarity with accounting and payroll software, such as Acomba or Nethris Knowledge of U.S. accounting principles is an asset Fluency in written and spoken French Strong written and spoken English skills to facilitate communication with the United States Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial issues clearly to operational teams Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Core Competencies
