Support the electrical group as part of multidisciplinary project teams Integrate process, mechanical, and control requirements into comprehensive electrical systems Manage projects and lead planning, coordination, and execution Prepare plans and specifications, write reports, and develop cost estimations Design power and controls for industrial processing facilities, power plants, mining facilities, and municipal water and wastewater facilities Develop proposals, including work scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets Ensure project milestones are met and provide regular updates to team members and clients Coach and mentor less-experienced staff and support team-member development Provide technical leadership and manage teams to meet client needs Build and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams Collaborate across disciplines to align technical approaches with client goals Conduct business development activities Perform up to 10-15 percent domestic fieldwork and occasional short-term out-of-town assignments Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering At least 10 years of related experience working in a design capacity on projects directly related to the role Experience in an industrial production environment such as mining and/or minerals processing, power plants, petroleum refining, or chemical production facilities Working knowledge of codes, standards, laws, and regulations applicable to project assignments Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng.) license in at least one U.S.



or Canadian jurisdiction Microsoft Office Current, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship from Barr Ltd., now or in the future Ability to work in locations featuring rough terrain typical of construction sites Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in electrical engineering with a focus on designing power and control systems for industrial facilities.
