Key Responsibilities:
• Promote, organize, and evaluate activity programs
• Facilitate individual and group activities
• Motivate residents to join in chosen activities
• Assist during activities and keep attendance records
• Foster family and volunteer participation in events
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation and Leisure Services or equivalent experience
• Background in working with seniors in recreational settings
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities
• Creative mindset for activity planning
• Interest in improving seniors' quality of life
