Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance resident satisfaction through excellent service and maintenance. This onsite role in Toronto includes proactive repairs and fosters community well-being. As part of Tricon, you'll play a vital role in ensuring well-maintained homes and common areas at Canary Landing. Reporting to the site team, you will address maintenance requests efficiently and uphold high-quality standards. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs is key to maintaining our properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
- Perform repairs, including plumbing and electrical tasks
- Proactively inspect building systems and common areas
- Keep residents informed throughout repair processes
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and work completed Requirements:
