Become a vital part of the Sudbury Catholic District School Board as a Long Term Occasional Teacher at St. Charles Elementary. Inspire and develop student minds in a supportive, faith-centered workplace. This 0.10 FTE teaching position targets educators with qualifications in Primary and Junior Divisions. Your role will help shape student experiences through innovative teaching practices and collaboration with various community stakeholders. You will be essential in nurturing an inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, differentiated instruction for students
- Use assessment strategies to inform educational decisions
- Promote technology use in learning processes
- Address student needs through IPRC and IEP support
- Participate in literacy and numeracy programs Requirements:
- Active membership with the Ontario College of Teachers
- Knowledge of educational initiatives and practices
- Effective classroom management techniques
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
