I need care for my daughter on the occasional weekend or sometimes a weeknight (4-9 pm). My daughter loves to play and is energetic but partly because she has ADHD. So knowledge of neurodivergence is a huge benefit, knowledge of occupational therapy calming techniques (heavy work etc) is definitely a plus. Dysregulation/upsets dont happen often but the above skills would be beneficial should they happen. She loves role playing, dancing/singing, Harry Potter, Lego and crafts.
