Empire Life is seeking a Platform Engineering Manager to lead the internal development platform (IDP) across Azure and Google Cloud. You’ll champion a product-minded approach, empower developers with self-service capabilities, and drive secure, scalable platform solutions. You will manage a cross-functional team, establish platform engineering principles, and advance DX with sophisticated CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD), and observability using OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
