Key Responsibilities:
• Execute lifeguard duties during all pool activities
• Conduct individual and group swim instruction
• Monitor water safety and assist swimmers as needed
• Document participant progress and share updates
• Uphold all YMCA procedures and policies
Requirements:
• Required current certifications in Lifeguarding and Swim Instruction
• Experience working with various age groups
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
