We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.
Job Details:
Administer medications using
Catalyst (eMAR) .
Order medications through Catalyst or by phone.
Perform comprehensive
head‑to‑toe assessments .
Communicate with the
General Practitioner
via phone or fax.
Observe, document, and report patient conditions, including signs and symptoms, to the appropriate medical skilled.
Provide
basic wound care
and dressing changes.
Respond effectively to
behavioral needs .
Administer
injections
as required.
