Your aim will be to enhance physician engagement and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise management on physician recruitment and retention
• Develop provincial physician systems for operational support




• Conduct evaluations of physician engagement strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate program planning
• Collaborate on strategic development within healthcare
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 3-5 years of recruitment or retention experience
• Understanding of multi-stakeholder healthcare dynamics
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Knowledge of health-related legislative standards
