Define the reference architecture for NetBrain’s SaaS platform on AWS across compute, networking, data, messaging, and observability layers

Lead multi-tenancy design, including data isolation, tenant routing, and compliance boundaries

Own Infrastructure-as-Code strategy using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation

Design container and Kubernetes orchestration platforms

Architect event-driven messaging using RabbitMQ or Kafka

Define polyglot persistence across relational databases and MongoDB

Establish observability stacks and SLI/SLO frameworks

Embed encryption, IAM, secrets management, network segmentation, and SOC 2 Type II readiness into platform architecture

Produce architecture decision records and documentation

Set technical direction, collaborate with engineering leadership and product management, and mentor senior engineers

Requirements

8–12+ years in software or infrastructure engineering, with 4+ years in an architecture role for a SaaS product

Deep, hands‑on AWS experience across compute, networking, storage, and managed services

Proven track record of architecting multi‑tenant SaaS platforms, ideally transitioning a product from on‑premises or private cloud to public SaaS

Robust command of cloud‑native design patterns: event‑driven architecture, microservices decomposition, twelve‑factor applications, and API‑first design





Experience leading architecture across multiple engineering teams

Ability to produce documentation and present tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer

Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position
