Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Milling Machinist (5-axis) to operate and maintain the set-up of our 5-axis CNC milling machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for machining complex parts and components to precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

- - Operate and maintain 5-axis CNC milling machines
- - Read and interpret complex blueprints and CAD designs
- - Machine complex parts and components to precise specifications
- - Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and precision
- - Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- - Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

- - 3+ years of experience as a CNC Milling Machinist (5-axis)
- - Strong knowledge of 5-axis CNC milling machines and programming




- - Experience with CAD/CAM software and programming languages (e.g. G-code, M-code)
- - Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and CAD designs
- - Strong attention to detail and quality
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
- Preferred Qualifications:
- - Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. machining, manufacturing)
- - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices
- - Certification in CNC machining or a related field
