The Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Clerk As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll provide financial and administrative support for the Company by: Collecting, verifying, and processing customer payments. Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Assisting with day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations under the guidance of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Accounts Receivable Manager. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team player who embodies our company values and is committed to completing tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. This is an 18-month fixed-term opportunity supporting team continuity. What You’ll Do Prepare and mail invoices to clients. Obtain daily telebanking and credit card reports from various banks and websites. Process accurate and timely entry of all payments into the billing system-cash, cheque, credit card, telebanking, Clear Pay (for all billing types). Process manual credit card payments and refunds on the POS machine. Prepare daily
