About The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Services Administrator to join our Investor Services team. This entry-level role is responsible for providing back-office administration and operational support to investment fund managers by processing investor transactions, preparing investor communications, maintaining records,



and responding to inquiries from clients and financial institutions. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a genuine interest in financial services and investments. What You’ll Do Process investor transaction packages using proprietary administration software. Communicate Fundserv and manual settlement amounts to fund managers and internal departments. Prepare investor statements and trade confirmations within established service standards. Respond to dealer service inquiries and resolve issues within department turnaround targets.
