In the Employee and Labour Relations (ERLR) team, you will play a key role in ensuring fair and consistent application of collective agreements and legislation. You will guide managers and employees alike, facilitating workplace investigations and managing performance-related issues with fairness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise managers on HR policy and legislation compliance
• Oversee disciplinary actions and performance processes

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of HR experience focused on employee relations
