Support mental health recovery as a Residential Support Worker at CMHA-WECB. This temporary midnight position focuses on client goals, life skills, and housing assistance.

You will assist clients with mental health and housing-related goals, under the guidance of a Secure Beds Program Supervisor at CMHA-WECB. This role emphasizes life skills development, program admission, and ongoing client support. You will also create goal plans and facilitate daily living activities to ensure client well-being throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and admit clients for residential support • Develop individualized goal plans with clients • Facilitate life skills training sessions • Monitor client safety during residential care • Provide community resource referrals for ongoing client support

Requirements: • Two-year post-secondary diploma in a relevant field • Knowledge of mental health issues and community resources • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle access required • Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory
