We’re looking for a Baker to join our bakery team in Gibsons. If you have baking experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing great food, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery products
- Mix, scale, shape, proof, and bake as part of daily production
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Help keep production organized and on schedule
- Assist with ingredient inventory and ordering as needed
- Keep the bakery clean, safe, and well organized
- Contribute ideas and help with new products

What We're Looking For

- Previous bakery or commercial baking experience preferred
- Good practical baking skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning different areas of bakery production




- Personable and professional
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
