Durham Creek Energy Services is currently hiring an experienced Derrickhand / Relief Driller for a service rig crew.

Steady work in the Shaunavon area, with the crew departing from Swift Current daily.

Applicants must be local to Swift Current or the surrounding area. This is not a camp or fly-in/fly-out position.

Responsibilities

- Perform Derrickhand duties during service rig operations
- Able to drill and run the rig as needed
- Rig up and rig down service rig and associated equipment
- Handle tubulars, tools and service rig equipment
- Work in the derrick as required
- Assist with equipment inspections and maintenance
- Complete required safety documentation
- Follow company and site safety procedures

Requirements





- Previous Derrickhand experience on a service rig
- Must be capable of drilling and running the rig as required
- Valid Well Service BOP
- Valid H2S Alive
- Valid Standard First Aid/CPR
- Valid Fall Protection
- Valid Rig Rescue
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Must be local to Swift Current or surrounding area
- Must meet pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Full time
- Steady work in the Shaunavon area
- Crew departs from Swift Current daily
