DHL Express in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an Operations Supervisor (PUD Sort) to oversee the sortation of packages to delivery routes, ensuring cost, efficiency, accuracy and on-time distribution. The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics, robust safety knowledge (Dangerous Goods/WHMIS), and proven leadership. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with OHSA and collective agreements.
