Working under the Assistant Registrar, you will oversee the petition process and ensure academic policies are followed. You will advise students, faculty, and staff while identifying complex cases for escalation. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on processes, precedents, and alternative actions for petitions
• Draft routine correspondence and documentation for petitions
• Review and assess petitions for special consideration




• Provide detailed information on committee guidelines and procedures
• Facilitate seminars and workshops for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum four years in academic advising or registrarial roles
• Experience with academic policies and FIPPA
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
