- Support clients in identifying their needs, recommend suitable recruitment strategies and advise on recruitment matters
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting, proactive candidate sourcing, screening, group interviews, test administration, coordinating background checks and making offers to selected candidates
- Develop current recruitment sources and manage quality candidate pools by organizing and participating in prospecting and visibility activities with targeted organizations
- Solicit and attract passive candidates to fill current positions
- Promote careers within Desjardins and support employee development by providing information, advice and feedback during the recruitment process
- Participate in development projects related to the evolution of talent acquisition practices
- Ensure compliance with privacy and information security policies and guidelines

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in high volume recruitment
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Advanced proficiency of French
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday
