The YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford is seeking an Inclusion Support Facilitator to assist Child Care, Day Camp, and Community Outreach. You will develop individual plans, create resources, and support with qualified learning to remove barriers to inclusion. Reporting to the General Manager, Inclusion Services, this role collaborates with Case Managers to ensure children feel connected and engaged. Hybrid work with in-person site visits is expected.
