About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join a growing maintenance team supporting a large fleet of construction, transportation, and winter maintenance equipment.

The successful candidate will perform both shop and field service work, supporting fleet reliability and ensuring equipment remains operational throughout the construction and winter maintenance seasons.

The majority of the fleet consists of newer-model equipment, with many units being 2023–2026 models.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and air brake systems
- Troubleshoot DEF and emissions-related issues
- Complete repairs on steering, suspension, brake, and drivetrain components
- Utilize diagnostic software and computerized troubleshooting tools
- Perform component replacement and system repairs
- Support seasonal snow and ice operations by maintaining plows and winter maintenance equipment
- Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately
- Work safely and efficiently in both shop and field environments
- Assist apprentices and junior technicians as required
Qualifications
Required
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
- Minimum 3 years of relevant mechanical experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid G Driver's License
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Preferred
- Construction equipment maintenance experience
- Heavy equipment repair experience
- Fleet maintenance background
- Snow and ice equipment maintenance experience
- Road construction or paving industry experience
Technical Skills
Successful candidates will have experience diagnosing and repairing:
- Diesel Engine Systems

- DEF and Emissions Systems
- Steering and Suspension Systems
- Computerized Diagnostic Systems
Candidates should be comfortable performing intermediate to advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on both on-road and off-road equipment.

Afternoon Shift
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Hours
- Typical Work Week: 45–50 Hours
- Winter Season: 60–65 Hours
- Significant Overtime Available
Technicians play a critical role during the winter season and may be required to support snow removal operations between November and March.
