This full-time role will ideally be based in ourWinnipegoffice.The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience with defined benefit pension administration (preferred but not required) and thrive on providing superior customer service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.This posting is for an existing vacancy that we are actively seeking to fill.Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare termination, retirement and death benefit packages for members of defined benefit pension plansPrepare authorization of benefit paymentsReconcile member data including annual member movements, data changes, and contributionsReview and analyze membership data to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain and update pension plan databases with member informationCalculate Pension Adjustments (PAs), Pension Adjustment Reversals (PARs), and Past Service PensionAdjustments (PSPAs)Support the preparation and submission of member statements, reports, and regulatory filings (including topension authorities and the CRA)Provide call and email support to client employers and pension plan members delivering professional andtimely serviceDevelop and maintain knowledge of pension laws,
