Make ongoing work scope recommendations based upon shop floor observations; Work withproduction control and materials management to facilitate the flow of material through the shop; Deliver high level technical and personal mentorship to less experienced Gas Turbine Technicians within the team; Perform in field maintenance, repairs, and inspections on installed units.
