Provide administrative support to recruitment and onboarding team members Partner with recruiters to sort resumes for active mandates Support creation of job postings and job specifications Review resumes and job applications to sort candidates Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules Assist the recruitment team with research, analysis, and implementation of programs, reports, and projects Work with the HR team to facilitate orientation and onboarding for current employees Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

Post-Secondary Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline, required CPHR designation preferred or CPHR candidate 1–2 years' experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator role preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Knowledge of recruitment procedures, ATS, and practices Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Resourceful and flexible Proven organizational and time-management skills Core Competencies
