Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and experimental research into novel chemical compounds and processes.
- Design and perform complex experiments, analyze results, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Develop and characterize new materials with desired properties for various applications.
- Stay current with scientific literature and emerging trends in chemical research.
- Collaborate virtually with a global team of scientists and engineers.
- Document research findings, prepare patents,



and contribute to scientific publications.

Requirements

- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , or a related scientific field.
- 7+ years of post-doctoral or industrial research experience.
- Demonstrated track record of innovation, publications, and/or patents.
- Expertise in synthesis, characterization, and property evaluation of chemical substances/materials.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage research projects remotely.
- Excellent scientific writing and presentation skills for virtual communication.
