As a permanent, full time Systems Coordinator, you will report to the Systems & Strategy Lead and engage with system users and owners. Your passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and service orientation will drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include user support for day-to-day operations and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day user requests for ShareVision and UKG • Process access/security requests and routine changes • Handle common issues in HRIS and client management • Run audits of employee data and system records • Support onboarding tasks and contribute to training

Requirements: • College diploma or degree in a related field • 2–3 years of systems administration experience • Strong MS Excel skills for data handling • Detail-oriented and organized • Excellent communication and customer service skills
